On January 16, 2025, an open lecture dedicated to the activities of FRONTEX – the European Border and Coast Guard Agency – took place online. The event brought together Polish and international students, particularly those affiliated with the Institute of International Studies and Security at the University of Wrocław.
The lecture was delivered by:
- Katarzyna Chudzińska, Communications Specialist at FRONTEX,
- Fabian Sahl, Strategic Analyst at the agency.
The speakers provided an in-depth overview of the agency’s key functions, highlighting its crucial role in ensuring the security of the European Union’s borders. They also addressed current challenges facing FRONTEX and shared insights into career opportunities within the agency, including details about recruitment processes for permanent roles and short-term missions.
The event was hosted online via Microsoft Teams, allowing a broad audience to participate and engage in the discussion.
