In April 2025, the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Wrocław hosted Prof. Paolo de Stefani from the Human Rights Center at the University of Padua, a long-standing partner in our double degree programme. His visit took place as part of a research fellowship within the Arqus Alliance, marking a valuable opportunity to reflect on a decade of collaboration and plan future activities.
Prof. de Stefani, who coordinates the double degree programme on behalf of the University of Padua, met with representatives of the University of Wrocław: Prof. Magdalena Ratajczak, coordinator of the programme, Ms. Urszula Broda, Head of the International Office, and Ms. Natalia Pietruszka, an alumna of the programme and currently a PhD student at the Doctoral School in Political and Administrative Sciences. One of the main topics of discussion was the alumni meeting scheduled for October 2025, which will bring together graduates of the joint programme from both partner institutions.
The double degree programme in human rights has provided students with the opportunity to earn two diplomas and engage in high-quality academic training in an international context.
