Dr Anna Jagiełło-Szostak was hosted by the International and Security Affairs Centre (ISAC) in Belgrade as part of the PROM academic exchange programme, funded by the NAWA (Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange). She delivered a lecture focused on Poland’s role in the European Union (EU) and its policy towards the Western Balkans (WB6).
The discussions explored the political, cultural, and economic relations between Poland and the WB6 countries, as well as perceptions of Serbia in Poland. Additionally, the role of the Visegrad Group and the Three Seas Initiative in the Western Balkans region was examined.
