Learning Agreement
- until June 30 (when the exchange will take place in the winter semester) / until January 30 (exchange in the summer semester) – the student prepares a Learning Agreement (LA) in USOS, based on the program offer, obtained from a host university.
- Table A should list selected courses in social sciences. Do not include language courses.
- Table B should list ISMB program courses planned for the mobility semester.
- Each table should add up to 30 ECTS per semester. A different total is allowed only for final-year bachelor’s or master’s students after consulting the Erasmus+ ISMB Coordinator.
- The Learning Agreement must be submitted to the Dean’s Office before applying for a scholarship. A screenshot of agreements completed in USOS can be sent.

- Students who go for the Erasmus + scholarship during the diploma seminar are required to submit to the Dean’s Office within one month of the beginning of the semester: 1) an application for extramural credit for the course while participating in the Erasmus + Program (Annex 1 available for download here: Rules-of-settlement-of-ERASMUS-Program_2021-06-16_13-24-12 (PDF / 310.93 kb); 2) supervisor opinion regarding the exchange (available here: Supervisor-opinion-eng (DOCX / 14.29 kb).
- If the scholarship falls in the semester in which the Student is required to complete a course with a conditional entry, he/she may:
- 1) pursue this course on an extramural basis by submitting to the Dean an Application for external credit for the course (Appendix no.1: Rules-of-settlement-of-ERASMUS-Program_2021-06-16_13-24-12 (PDF / 310.93 kb), or
